We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience working in an advertising agency or commercial production company. Your expertise should encompass corporate film editing, promo editing, ad-films, and full-length videos with basic animation. Proficiency in video editing software such as FCP X is a must, along with advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, color correction, and motion graphics. You should possess a keen understanding of content that appeals to diverse audiences. Additionally, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects of varying complexities while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Proven experience of 4+ years in video editing using FCP X
• Highly experienced with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
• Extensive experience in corporate film making and documentary film making.
• Candidates must have prior experience working in an advertising agency or production company

• Experience in 3D designing software’s such as Sketch up, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Blender, Maya, Chief Architect.
• Complete knowledge of 3D modelling, lighting, Rendering and texturing of designs.
• Excellent in modelling and rendering 3D walkthroughs.
• Experience in Architectural Visualizations.
• Create high-quality 3D visuals for interior and exterior designs using advanced Render engines such as D5 render and Lumion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Keeping up-to-date with advancement in software’s.
• Create 3D models and generate high quality and photo-realistic 3D visualization from architectural plans.

• Understanding or experience with Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality Development.
• Experience and strong knowledge in Unity 3D, Vuforia, Google ARCore.
• Expert knowledge of Unity3D – Asset Bundles, UI, Materials/Shaders, Animations and Programming in C#.
• Independently create models/elements in unity.
• Candidate has to be a strong team player and self learner having the ability to listen well and comprehend, and a good customer service attitude to clearly articulate client needs/requirements.
• Should independently handle Augmented Reality based projects developed through Unity 3D using Vuforia and Google ARCore for iOS, and Android devices.

• Strong communication and fluency.
• Should have experience in creating 3D elements, Animations in Unity 3D.
• Should have good experience in Unity C#.

• A Degree in Multimedia / B.F.A. / M.F.A. / Creative Arts / B.Des / M.Des or any other Equivalent Degree.
• Knowledge in Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education.
• Requirement may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

• A senior designer is most typically responsible for bringing design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals.
• They must be comfortable making decisions and managing designers that are producing the graphics and should be able to see graphics development from a holistic perspective.
• A well-trained senior designer will be able to both produce and oversee print and digital creative solutions that satisfy the marketing needs of an employer.
• They should possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques but also be able to manage people and projects efficiently.

• Design logos, branding stuff, creative ads, social media posts, calendars, brand designs, Creative campaigns, commercial postings, poster and stall designing, Packaging.
• To be able to deliver designs and concepts keeping in mind the brand guidelines of the organization.
• Conceptualized ads, designs.
• Works with organization to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.

• Proven working experience in business development/sales for an IT Company.
• Prior experience in selling web solutions locally and Internationally must have an understanding of Website Designing business.
• Have a proven track record of selling digital Marketing services to leading brands and corporate organizations.
• Handling Web Development and Web Designing client’s requirement.
• Lead generation and Lead conversation.
• Define project requirements, scope, and objectives for clients.
• Report to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client.
• Generate customer leads and delivery of targeted campaigns to create opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Understanding or hands-on experience in business development preferably in website development and digital marketing business company.

• MBA /BBA or any equivalent discipline in sales/marketing.
